Cookie Policy

Effective Date: Mar 2022

This Cookie Policy (“Policy“) describes what cookies are and how they are being used by Benindevelopers Sarl-s (“Benindevelopers”) and third-party service providers when you access the Benindevelopers website (“Website“) and any of its related product, application and services (collectively, the “Services“). This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“user“, “you” or “your“) and Benindevelopers. You should read this Policy so you can understand the types of cookies used, who set them and what they are used for, as well as your opt-out choices. This Policy is to be reviewed along with our Privacy Policy, which forms a major part of how we handle personal data about you.

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files that are saved on your computer or other devices when websites are loaded in a browser. They are widely used to remember you and your preferences, either for a single visit (through a “session cookie“) or for multiple repeat visits (using a “persistent cookie“). But in the case of the Services, cookies are used by third-party service providers who perform certain tasks on our behalf. In this case, they use cookies to provide tasks such as social media integration, analytics gathering, chat/video services integration, payment processing and other tasks. This means that there are no First Part Cookies (cookie set by a website owner) on the Services; instead, the cookies set when you use the Services are Third-Party Cookies (cookies set by third-party service providers).

You may block cookies from tracking your preferences, or you may update your preferences. You may learn how to block cookies by visiting the help/tools/settings area of any applicable browser. However, be advised that blocking or disabling cookies may render your use of certain parts of the Services uncool. For example, if you block the cookies used to provide the video/chat feature, your chat/video sessions may not go smoothly.

We may use certain third-party tracking tools – specifically Google Analytics – on the Services. These third-party tracking tools are used to gather how users (CAM Service Providers and Clients) use the Services. For example, we use Google Analytics – an analytics gathering tool produced by Google Inc. – to gather data automatically, including analytics data about how users navigate on the Services, the features they click, the part of the Services they operate, etc. In other for these tools to work, they rely on cookies and other tracking technologies, such as beacons, pixels, tags, etc., to function.

However, you may block Google Analytics from tracking your movements on the Services by installing a Google Analytics Opt-out add-on on your browser.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Services. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorised to access or use the Services.
