I, Ben, spent a long time thinking about what to write on this page.
Whether to talk about my many years of experience in product design and the path through several outsourcing companies where we worked on projects at the level of Amazon. Or about building a staffing team that was, in many ways, the complete opposite of classic outsourcing. Or about my attempts to create my own products — a space where I could bring my own ideas and vision to life beyond the limits of typical contract work.

In the end, all of this is what shapes us. Our experience is the foundation. I think many developers will relate to this.

2026 has become the year of AI for me — something that didn’t just flood our information space like the Epstein files, but also started genuinely helping me with everyday tasks. Maybe this is the beginning of a new chapter of this journal.
